The tecnoPARQ Importance in Incubated Companies Development 

Business incubators are important instruments for innovation and economic development. The Technology-Based Business Incubator (IEBT) at tecnoPARQ contributes to the innovative companies' development. This article aims to demonstrate the importance of tecnoPARQ in the incubated companies' development, according to the maturity model based on the Centro de Referência para Apoio a Novos Empreendimentos (CERNE) guidelines. A total of 103 companies from the incubation program between 1999 and 2024 were evaluated. In 2024, 7.8% of the companies graduated within 24 months, a time considered ideal by the maturity model adopted. Most of the companies took more than 24 months to graduate, representing approximately 47% of the total. The program's positive impact is proven by its results obtained over the years, with a company 84.5% survival rate. Through a structured approach and ongoing support, the tecnoPARQ incubation program has established itself as a fundamental pillar for regional economic and technological development.
